We collect the minimum we need to quote and complete your project. We do not sell your information, and we never have.

Information We Collect

When you submit a form, call, text or email us, we collect what you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, project address or city, and details about the work you are considering.

Our website may also collect standard technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, referring page and general geographic region. This is aggregate traffic data and is not used to identify you personally.

The AI Visualizer

If you use the remodel visualizer on this site, the photo you upload is sent to a third-party AI image service for the sole purpose of generating your rendering, and the result is returned to your browser. We do not store your photo on our systems, and we do not attach it to your name or contact information unless you choose to send it to us with an estimate request.

The AI provider processes the image under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not upload photos containing people, documents, or anything you would not want processed by a third party.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you requested an estimate. We do not share photos of your home publicly without asking you first.

Who We Share It With

Only what is necessary to do the work: subcontractors and suppliers who need the job address, building departments for permit applications, and service providers who help us operate (email, hosting, accounting, and the AI image service described above). We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data Retention
