What a Year Looks Like
You See the Job, Not Just the Reveal
Every project gets photographed as it goes — not only when it is pretty.
- Photos before demo, so there is a record of what was there
- Progress shots at rough-in, before anything gets covered up
- Any surprise behind the wall is photographed and sent to you the same day
- A weekly update with images while your project is running
- Final photos only after the punch list is closed out
Want to See One in Person?
Photos only tell you so much. If you are seriously considering a project, ask us for references and, where the homeowner agrees, a walkthrough of a finished job near you. It is the single best way to judge a contractor's work.
We would rather you saw the real thing than took our word for it.

About Our Work
Are these your actual projects?
The photography on this page is stock imagery while we finish photographing recent work. The project types, locations and timelines reflect real jobs we do across the Central Coast. Ask us for references and we will connect you with past clients directly.
Can I get references for a project like mine?
Yes. Tell us what you are planning and we will put you in touch with homeowners who had similar work done. Any contractor who hesitates at that request is telling you something.
Do you take on projects outside these categories?
Regularly. Framing, stucco, drywall, decks, accessibility ramps, demolition and commercial build-outs all come through. If it is building work, ask.
How big does a project need to be?
There is no hard minimum, but mobilizing a licensed crew and pulling a permit for a very small task rarely serves you well. Call and describe it — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right call.
