None of this is required — call even if all you have is an idea. But it makes the first conversation far more useful:
- Rough scope — which rooms, what you want changed
- The age of the home, if you know it
- Photos of the space (text them to us if that is easier)
- Any drawings, inspection reports or HOA rules you have
- A realistic budget range, even a wide one
Storm or Water Damage?
If you have an active leak, storm damage or something structural that cannot wait, call rather than filling out the form. Say “urgent” and we will get someone out as fast as we can.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The on-site consultation and written estimate cost nothing and carry no obligation. If your project needs architectural drawings before a firm price is possible, we will tell you that on the first call.
What should I have ready for the first call?
Rough scope, the age of the home, any drawings or inspection reports you have, and a realistic budget range. Photos help a lot. None of it is required — call even if all you have is an idea.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, with a payment schedule tied to completed milestones rather than dates on a calendar. California law limits contractor down payments, and we stay well inside it.
Can I text you photos?
Please do. Photos of the space, the problem, or something you saw and liked are the fastest way to get a useful first answer.
Do you do free estimates for insurance claims?
Yes. For storm, water or fire damage we document thoroughly and give you the scope and photos your adjuster will need.
